Meet the Executives - Rodney B. Hickman

Rodney B. Hickman has held the Vice President of Operations position at Hartzell Air Movement since August 2010. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree from The Ohio State University in production and operations management. Prior to working at Hartzell, Rodney began his professional career at Robbins and Myers where he worked for ten years as an Industrial Engineer, Kaizen Manager, as well as Plant Superintendant. Rodney had spent the last ten years of his career leading up to Hartzell as Vice President & General Manager of Morgal Machine Tool Company, a metal-forming company in the automotive industry.
Rodney is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS). Rodney also volunteers his time serving on the Clark County Chamber of Commerce’s Manufacturer’s Council and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Clark County WorkPlus Center where he chairs the Employer Services Committee.
